I have been fortunate enough to spend a day with Deano at his Springwater Trout farm and it was amazing to see his incredible passion and love for his product and the amazing trout that he raises. Deano took us through the whole process of raising the fish all the way through to the method he used to smoke and produce the incredible final product.
We were there filming for Taste of Australia with Hayden Quinn (you can watch the episode here) and I can say that I would love to be able to buy Deno’s trout fillets (plus all the other amazing products) at my local.
